Support the Tap Project: From April 5th-11th you can donate to the Tap Project at participating restaurants across the country. However, if you can't make it out that week or simply feel like giving now, you can donate directly at any time right here.

All the money raised through the Tap Project supports UNICEF's clean water programs. UNICEF works to improve access to safe water and sanitation facilities in schools and communities, while promoting safe hygiene practices in more than 90 countries around the world.

This year, all funds raised by Kiwis for Tap Project will go to support a village water & sanitation project in 3 districts of Tanzania. Local UNICEF NZ Ambassadors Gareth and Jo Morgan have pledged to match every dollar New Zealanders give to this project, up to $500,000, which means that every dollar you give will leverage twice as much for children!

ZAMBIA: In 1996 in Zambia, children drink and play with water from a Mark II handpump financed by UNICEF at Nthombimbi Primary School.
